Tony Allen Sewell, born on May 9, 1957, in Princeton, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.
Tony lived a life marked by deep love for his family and a steadfast presence in his community. He is lovingly remembered as a devoted husband, cherished father, and beloved grandfather. Tony's enduring partnership with his wife, Sandra Sewell of Princeton, Kentucky, was a pillar of his life, built on love, mutual respect, and unwavering support. He is survived by his son, Tony Sewell (Frances) of Princeton, Kentucky, who carries forward his father's legacy with the same dedication to family.
Tony's grandchildren—Tyler Sewell (Amanda), Taylor Taylor, Tanner Sewell (La'Neshea), and great grandchildren - Savanna Sewell, Lily Sewell, Aiden Sewell, Jolene Taylor, Bryson Sewell, and Gabrielle Sewell—each held a special place in his heart. He took immense joy in watching them grow, offering encouragement, wisdom, and love at every opportunity. His guidance and warmth will echo throughout their lives, shaping their journeys for years to come.
He was preceded in death by his father, Tony Sewell, and his mother, Nola Sewell, whose memories he honored throughout his life. Their lessons and values lived on in the way Tony cared for those around him and led his life.

Visitation will be held at Goodman Funeral Home on Monday, July 20, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Relatives, friends, and all whose lives Tony touched are invited to gather in remembrance.
