Ross York

Ross Kelley York, 80, of Eddyville, KY, formerly of Evansville, IN, died on Tuesday November 24, 2020 at Rivers Bend Retirement Community. He was a retired Funeral Director and Embalmer for 55 years, a member of Christ Tabernacle Church in Princeton, a Charter Member of Evansville United Christian Fellowship; and a graduate of Indiana College of Mortuary Science in 1961.

Survivors include one son, Michael York and wife, Andrea, Eddyville, KY; two granddaughters, Courtney Barrett and husband, Brantley; Megan Blackburn and husband, Kell; and three great-grandchildren, Jax Barrett; Jentry Barrett; Wyatt Kelley Blackburn.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Collins York; father, Leslie York; mother, Opal Hetzel York; and two sisters, Betty York and Joan Gooch.

Private funeral services will be held.
