Mary Yvonne Varner

Mary Yvonne Varner, born on June 14, 1957, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2025, at Brighton Cornerstone Healthcare. She was a cherished member of the Dunn Missionary Baptist Church, where her warm spirit and devotion impacted many lives.

Mary found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often engaging in her favorite hobbies of coloring and watching cartoons. These interests reflected her vibrant personality and her ability to find delight in everyday moments, bringing joy not only to herself but also to those around her.

Mary is survived by her loving sister, Cynthia McGinnes; her nieces, Rebecca Martin and Eve Reeder; and her nephew, Troy Martin. She is preceded in death by parents, Troy Varner and Eleanor Varner; her sisters, Pamela and Trisha Martin; and her nephews and niece, Adam, Chris, and Angela Martin.

As we remember Mary, we celebrate the life she lived, the love she shared, and the indelible impact she had on all who knew her. Her legacy will resonate within the hearts of her family and her community.
