Margie Lee Pfahler, a beloved mother, grandmother, and dedicated member of the community, passed away on January 15, 2026, at Mercy Health of Paducah. She was born on January 29, 1947, in Mansfield, Ohio. Margie lived a life filled with love and devotion to her family and friends.

Margie had a long and fulfilling career at Publix Supermarket, where she worked diligently for 27 years before retiring. Her commitment to her work reflected her strong work ethic and her dedication to those around her.

Throughout her life, Margie found joy in various hobbies and interests. She was a proud member of the Baptist faith and embraced the values that came with it. Margie loved playing bingo and was an avid fan of the show "Survivor." She also enjoyed completing 3D puzzles and knitting, often creating beautiful pieces for her family. Above all, Margie cherished the time spent with her family, forming connections and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

She is survived by her loving sons, Josh Pfahler of Princeton and John Pfahler of New Mexico; her cherished daughters, Stephanie Negan (William) of Princeton; her 2 bonus daughters, Monica Copp (Charles) of Ashland, Ohio, and Michelle Ewel (Steven) of Crestline, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Howie Beeman, Zach Beeman, Becca Robertson, Joesph Pfahler, and Jacob Purvis. Their lives have all been touched by Margie’s warmth and kindness.

Margie was preceded in death by her father, John Krauter; her mother, Willetta Krauter; her son, Joseph Pfahler; and her sister, Bonnie Yates. Each of these individuals left a lasting impression on her life, and their memories will forever be etched in the hearts of those who survive her.

The legacy of Margie Lee Pfahler will live on through the stories she shared and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
