Criss Jon "CJ" Bennett

Chris Bennett, age 58 of Princeton died Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Baptist Health Hospital in Louisville.  He was born the son of the late Cecil Ward Bennett Sr. and the late Virginia Nelly Bennett.  He worked as a police officer and fire fighter in Las Vegas, NV and served as Assistant Fire Chief in  Farmersville of Caldwell County.  He was of the Baptist faith and a member of First Baptist Church in Hammond, IN.

There are no services planned at this time.  Goodman Funeral Home in Princeton is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife: Sylvia Bennett of Princeton and his sister: Virginia Jackson (Larry) of Princeton and close family friend: Gordy Watson. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers: Robert Lee Johnson and Daniel Glen Johnson; his sisters: Beverly Johnson, Gail Biggs and Helen Diane Johnson.
