Jonathan is co-owner of Goodman Funeral Home. He graduated with a degree in Mortuary Science from Vincennes University School of Mortuary Science in Vincennes, Indiana. He also completed his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mid-Continent University. He is an active member of the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky and the National Funeral Directors Association. He is also a licensed Life Insurance Agent. Jonathan is currently serving as the Vice President of the Western Kentucky Funeral Directors Association.
Shannon is co-owner of Goodman Funeral Home. She graduated from Mid-Continent University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. She manages the business office including insurance billing and accounting. Shannon is also a licensed Life Insurance Agent.

Josh Cook is a Licensed Funeral Director. Josh is a graduate from Murray State University with a Bachelor's Degree. Josh has been in the funeral business since he was a sophomore in high school. Previously, he worked for Morgan's Funeral Home in Princeton and Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville. Josh is also a Licensed Life Insurance Agent and is employed with Modern Woodmen of America as a Financial Representative; as well as a Deputy Coroner for Caldwell County.
Josh is married to Mackenzie Fields Cook.
Jan Phelps is a life long resident of Princeton. She is married to her husband,
Charles Ray Phelps for 36 years and has three grown daughters. She is active
member of Ogden Memorial United Methodist Church. Jan enjoys gardening on their
family farm, spending time with her seven grandchildren, decorating and
reading. Jan comes to Goodman Funeral Home with over 21 years of caring for
people in surgical offices.
Justin is a junior in high school. Justin is actively involved in our church youth group. He plays basketball and is a member of FFA and FCA. We are proud when Justin is able to help during visitations and services.
